It's back...

It's back....Boston Bayside Properties "Name That Beach" competition is back.

Well, not quite as it isn't beach weather yet.....but here is a picture I took at a location in Boston at the _____ _____ and _____ __________ or the ____ for short.

Also, remember you can still advantage of the $8000 tax credit for First Time Homebuyers but you need a signed Purchase and Sale (P&S) by April 30th.......... so that means pick a house in the next week or so. Then you have to close before June 30th. Consult your tax professional for more detailed advice.
